6 Data Sharing & Disclosure
lg555 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. We may, however, share your personal data with the following categories of recipients in the circumstances described:

We engage third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including:

These providers act as data processors under contractual arrangements that require them to process your data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

6.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of lg555's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer via the Platform or by email where legally required.
6.4 Payment Method References
Where Pakistani payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are referenced in connection with your transactions, relevant transaction identifiers may be shared with those payment providers solely for the purpose of completing the transaction. This constitutes contract performance and does not constitute sale of data. These payment providers have their own privacy policies.
The mention of payment providers above is for transactional context only. lg555 does not imply that Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah endorse, sponsor or affiliate themselves with gambling activities.

8 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
lg555 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage objects) to operate and improve the Platform. This section explains the types of cookies we use and their purposes.
8.1 Types of Cookies Used
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. They maintain your session state, authentication tokens and security settings. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
- Performance & Analytics Cookies: Used to collect information about how visitors use the Platform — pages visited, time spent, error reports. Data collected is aggregated and anonymised where possible.
- Functional Cookies: Enable the Platform to remember your preferences, such as language settings and display preferences, to provide a personalised experience.

8.2 Managing Cookie Preferences
You may control and manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies or be notified when cookies are set. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through browser settings as they are essential for Platform operation.

Right of Access
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how it is processed.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations.

Please note: The availability and scope of these rights may be limited by applicable legal obligations, including AML and KYC record-keeping requirements, which may override certain erasure or portability requests.
10 Data Security
lg555 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
- Encryption of stored personal data, particularly KYC documents and payment identifiers;
- Access controls restricting internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;
- Regular security assessments of Platform infrastructure;
- Data processing agreements with third-party processors requiring equivalent security standards;
- Incident response procedures for identifying, containing and reporting data security breaches.
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no data transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. You transmit data to us at your own risk. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials.
11 Children's Privacy
The lg555 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by or on behalf of a person under the minimum age, we will promptly delete that data, close the associated Account and take any additional steps required by applicable law. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform and provided personal data, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.
We encourage parents and guardians of minors to install parental control software on shared devices to prevent underage access to the Platform.
12 Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain references to, or technical integrations with, third-party services including payment processors, analytics providers and customer support tools. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and lg555 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
Where third-party services are integrated into the Platform (such as live chat widgets or analytics scripts), these services may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and page interaction data independently of lg555. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.
This Policy does not govern external websites that may be accessible through links on the Platform. lg555 is not responsible for the privacy practices of any external website.
13 Specific Considerations for Pakistani Users
Pakistani users of the Platform should be aware of the following considerations specific to their jurisdiction:
13.1 Data Protection Framework
Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) — enacted in 2023 — provides a framework for the protection of personal data of Pakistani citizens. lg555 endeavours to process personal data of Pakistani users in a manner consistent with the principles established under the PDPA, including the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and data minimisation.
13.2 Cross-Border Data Transfers
As lg555 operates internationally, your personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure that adequate protections are in place for your data, in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
13.3 Gambling Restrictions
Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. lg555 does not represent that online gambling is lawful for Pakistani users. Personal data related to your Platform activity — including financial transaction data — is processed for Platform operation purposes and is not shared with Pakistani regulatory or law enforcement authorities except where required by applicable law.
Users in Pakistan are responsible for assessing and complying with applicable local laws, including in relation to online gambling. This Policy and the Platform do not constitute legal advice about the legality of gambling in Pakistan.
14 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Where material changes are made — for example, changes to the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing or the rights available to you — we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
The effective date of the current version of this Policy is stated at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes.
