1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and lg555 ("lg555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://lg555.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, content, features and functionality offered through the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using accounts belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your Account information promptly if it changes. lg555 reserves the right to verify any information you provide, including through identity verification processes.

4.2 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — before withdrawals are processed or as part of ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

The name on your Account must match the name on your payment method(s). Discrepancies may result in transaction delays, rejections or additional verification requirements.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify lg555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

lg555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence or failure to comply with these Terms.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may view, download and print Content from the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment instruments, false identity information or manipulation of Platform systems;
• Collude with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers or other software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation;

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Platform Content without prior written consent from lg555;

• Register multiple accounts or otherwise circumvent the single-account policy;
• Engage in any form of money laundering or use the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and applicable fees are determined by the operator and are subject to change. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. lg555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lg555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.3 Gambling Losses

lg555 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform or any operator platform accessed through it. Gambling involves risk. You accept full responsibility for all wagering decisions and their financial consequences.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by lg555

lg555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it determines that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, misleading or incomplete registration information;
• The User has failed to satisfy KYC or AML requirements;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise unlawful activity;
• The Account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to lg555;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.

In the event of Account termination for cause, lg555 may forfeit any outstanding bonus credits and, where permitted by applicable law, may withhold funds pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's customer support team. Prior to closure, any active bonus conditions, pending transactions and outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed in accordance with the applicable terms. Real-money balances remaining upon closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at that time.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that these Terms and any dispute arising from them may not be subject to Pakistani courts, and that certain rights available under Pakistani consumer law may not apply to online gambling activities.

In the event of a dispute between you and lg555 relating to your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact us using the details in Section 14 to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the governing jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

lg555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.2.
